Train one, two or 3 times per week- Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays

F A M S is a disciplined exercise training program focusing on
athletic Function, Agility, Mobility & Strength.
Fast-paced, adaptable and fun!
This training program will:
- Refine your volleyball skills to help you make the team
-Boost confidence by setting individual goals
-Workout in a non intimidating environment with other
like minded teens
-Improve Physical AND Mental performance
Girls ages 11 - 15 years old . No experience needed.
Choose from multiple Times & Locations:
Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 & 7:15 - 8:15 pm
Tuesdays 5:45 - 6:45 & 6:50-7:50 pm
Westchase Rec Center

AND Saturdays 1:00 - 2:00 pm
Jackson Spring Rec Center

Cost: $150 for 8 sessions
What to wear:
Athletic sneakers with laces, t-shirt, comfortable shorts or spandex. Bring a water bottle. Hair back in a pony tail. No tank tops or tight cami's.
